How MyCafé Order Works
The MyCafé fundraising program is simple. We provide high-quality, ground roast bags and single-serve coffee to schools, sport teams, clubs, and other groups wanting to raise funds to support their activities. For every 1 lb. bag or box of 24 MyCafé single-serve cups sold, you keep a percentage of that money. What sets MyCafé apart from other fundraising programs, is our product. Coffee is enjoyed daily by almost everyone, and single serve (K-Cups®) have become commonplace in many homes and offices, making it an easy sell. Added to this, is the re-orders that can extend your fundraising efforts year- round. You’ll find MyCafé to be a winner in meeting your fundraising goals.
Getting Started Is Easy!
Register your fundraiser at www.mycafeorder.ca. It’s easy to get your MyCafé fundraiser started! You can register online 24 hours a day, or login to our online chat Monday-Friday. We’ll guide you through the process and work with you to schedule your delivery day and time.
Selling Period
We recommend actively selling in 6-weeks or less periods. During this time, your sellers collect their orders and payments. As customers place their coffee orders, ask your sellers to collect payments by cheque made payable to your group, or use our convenient online order request software. To get the most out of your fundraiser, be sure to take advantage of our easy-to-use online sales tools, including our e-mail invites to alert buyers of new ordering periods to restock their coffee supply.
Placing Your Order
In most of Ontario, the MyCafé Order program offers FREE delivery with a minimum order of 100 boxes. Freight charges and delivery restrictions apply in outlying areas. Should a group sell under the minimum order of 100 items, but sell at least 50 items, the MyCafé Order program will provide delivery service with a small additional freight charge. Placing your order.
We have made it easy! Your group places and pays for their order online. There are no upfront costs, payment to your group is made in full when your order is delivered.
Delivery Day
Your MyCafé Order will be delivered directly to your group. To ensure a quick and smooth delivery, be sure to have your delivery in an accessible area. Enlist two or more volunteer helpers for every 100 items sold, for sorting and distributing your orders. Schedule your pick-up time 1-2 hours after your delivery time to allow enough time to unload, count, and sort orders. We will supply all the necessary checklists, labels, etc. to ensure easy distribution of your MyCafé Order.

Receive up to $5.00 per box, $500.00 plus per order, Making MyCafe Order easy and convenient. Plus, unlike other fundraisers, coffee is consumed regularly. With minimum effort sales will percolate thorough out your community.

For example, if your school or group has 20 sellers and they each sell 10 units in a 4-week period, that would calculate 20 sellers x 10 units = 200 units x $5. = $1,000. monthly x 12 months = $12,000 annually.
